Scalping Screens

HRUS Vibrating Equipment Ltd (HRUS) Heavy Duty Scalping Screens are designed to handle material up to 2m3 in size with capacities up to 3000tph

They are typically designed with heavy duty stepped grizzly bars but can also be supplied with plate deck arrangements depending on the application.

HRUS Scalping screens can be either inclined or horizontal designed with a high stroke and slow speed to give optimum scalping performance

HRUS Vibrating Equipment Scalping Screens are custom designed to withstand the severest impacts with multi-deck arrangements available.
